As the first fit-out in the newly developed 40 Leadenhall Street, The Collective collaborated with BDG Architects, WSP, and Modus to bring McGill & Partners’ new workspace to life. Our custom ceiling baffles, Pico, and re.wrap solutions played a vital role in balancing acoustic performance and aesthetics, ensuring the space met City of London’s stringent requirements. Navigating complex logistics, we helped to deliver a high-performing, sustainable office that sets a new standard for workplace design in this landmark building.
